I offer a plethora of knowledge and expertise to the field of career coaching, having worked in human resources for over 20 years. Throughout my HR career, I have held important positions at some of the biggest organizations in India, such as Infosys, Convergys, and AXA Business Services. In my capacity as the Assistant for disruptive HR projects, I oversee a team of more than 3000 workers.

My educational background includes a diploma in labor laws and welfare from Pune and an MBA in human resource management. My approach to HR and career guidance, as well as my professional success, have been firmly rooted in this solid educational foundation.

For the past 15 years, I have passionately conducted training programs and workshops for mid to senior-level professionals, as well as for engineering and MBA students. My sessions cover a broad spectrum of essential skills, from business communication and client relationship management to leadership training and interview skills. I have had the privilege of working with IT, ITES, manufacturing, engineering, and edu-tech professionals, tailoring my training to meet the unique needs of each sector.

In 2012, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, founding Ganges Novel Solutions, a 100-seater ITES company. This venture provided me with invaluable insights into business operations, HR, marketing, finance, and training. Building on this success, I established Nelson Consultants LLP in 2017, where I currently serve as Managing Director. Nelson Consultants LLP is a thriving business consulting firm with a 12 crore turnover, offering IT consulting and HR solutions to a diverse clientele.

My career coaching services are grounded in this extensive experience. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity. My approach is structured yet flexible, focusing on understanding individual strengths and weaknesses to tailor coaching that meets specific career goals.
