I have been working in HR for more than 20 years, and I have an MBA in HR and a law degree. I was the Assistant Vice President of HR at AXA in addition to having worked for Infosys and Convergys, two of the most prominent corporations in India. I’ve been my own boss since 2012, heading up Nelson, a well-known HR consulting company. My love is coaching.
